MAURICEVILLE RIFLE CLUB
OPENING SHOOT. Tlie Club opened their season = l on boxing Day on the new range with a seven-shot shootover 300, 500, and 600 yards. The president fired the first shot, and declared the range open. Continuing, ho compiled the line score of 32 for his seven shots. Owing'to other attractions in the district, ..the attendance was not very larpje.. All the members present were highly satisfied with the range, the opinion being held that it is the best the club has yet had. Rifleman R. C. F. Dagg made top score of the day.
