BLEEDING BRUSSELS.
SEIZING PICTURES AND WORKS OF ART. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) OSTEND, August .29. Only one million francs of tho Brussels war levy has been paid. The Germans threaten to seizo the pictures and works of art in the Museum. The military Governor has arrest_ od Ernest Solway, who is described as the Belgian Carnegie, upon whom ho has imposed a tax of thirty million francs. Baron Lambert Rothschild has also been taxed ten million francs.
