FEARS OF RUSSIAN INVASION,
(Received Last Night, 7.25 o"elo.:k.) COPENHAGEN, August 28. Tho arrival of East Prussian .efagees in Berlin is causing alarm. The General Staff is assuring tin populace that the position in the East and West is excellent. The Kaiser has telegraphed his Council of Ministers at Berlin: "Immediately organise all possible relief for the population of my beloved province against the invasion of the Russians."
