BOULOGNE ABANDONED.

UHLANS WITHIN REACH OF AMIENS. LONDON, Aguust 30. (Received this morning 12.45 o'clock) The Allies have abandoned Boulogne, a seaport in the Straits of Dover, on the ground that it is strategically unimportant, and in view of the urgency of the Left of the Allies. The latter are taking a breath, after the- strenuous fighting of the past week. Passengers from France report that the Governor of Boulogne has departed. The Uhlans are advancing in that direction, and are also within seven miles of Amiens, an important town in the Somnie Department, and about eighty.miles north of Paris.
