WAR OFFICE VOTE.
A HEAVY TYPE OF AIRSHIP.
'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Nigiht, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, February 27. The Right Hon. Colonel Seely, Under Secretary for War, in moving the supplementary Army Vote in the House of Commons, said it was necessary to retain 2500 Indian ti-oops at Hongkong, on account of the disturbed situation in China. It was also necessary to ctevelop the military aeronautical service. The military airship squadron had been transferred to the -Navy Wing. The reason was that the navigation of great was more akin to naval work. The Army was devoting its whole effort toships that were heavier than the air service of. the Navy. They would hold these at the'disposal of the War Office airships for the purposes of an expeditionary army should such an event arise;
