TIRED FEET.
This is an ill too many women are acquainted with. It is a matter of surprise that women ever enjoy walking, since the fashion of their footwear must necessarily make their feet so tired. Massage is one of the best re'iiedies for this condition. It should be practised bv oiling the hands and gently but firmly rubbing the feet with "upward movements, continuing the friction along the hack of the leg to a little above the hollow of the knee. If this is preceded by a warm foot bath it always gives relief.
