NEW ZEALAND FORECAST. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Rev. D. 0. Bates, of the Meteorological office, last evening wired as follows: Misty and cloudy weather has prevailed, with rain in in:;:iy parts of tho country. Strong v ; sterly winds have predominated-, and the barometer ha-s had a falling, tendency. Present indications are f r strong west to south-westerly winds, equally at times. Cooler, changeable, and showery weather general! v. The' barometer is unsteady, but will be rising everywhere soon.
