RULES AND REGULATIONS. (1) Events run under rules of New Zealand Athletic Union. Permits may be obtained from the Secretary. (2) Winners will be required to produce licenses before the prize-money is paid out. ' '.-'*' (3) Nominations for events 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 16 close with the secretary at Pohgaroa on WEDNESDAY, December 17tk, at 8.30 p.m. Nominations must be accompanied with the proper entrance fee in cash or postal notes. No nominations will be accepted without the proper entrance fee. ' - (4) All performances for the past two years must be given,, also starts and positions at finish of each event. If no performances during the last two years, four last performances must be stated. • (5) Handicap will appear in the Pahiatua Herald on Saturday, 20th December, 1913.
