WAIRARAPA ASSOCIATION. A meeting of delegates to the Wairarapa Cricket Association was held in Messrs Gawitli and Logan's office on Thursday night.. The report and balance-sheet were read and adopted. The following officers were elected : —President, Mr F. G. Maunsell; vicepresidents, Messrs A. P. Whatman, A. Henderson, D. Caselberg, J. M. Coradine, G. R. Syke?, M.P., W. G. Sellar, and H. Morrison ; honorary secretary and treasurer, Mr W. R. Ivemball; auditor, Mr T. ,Io);dan; selection coin liittee, captains of all teams. Correspondence was read from the New Zealand Cricket Council, and also Mr T. Reece, asking for particulars of all representative matches played by Wairarapa. Mr 0. Perry w as authorised to supply the information. The secretary was instructed to send a letter of thanks to the South Melbourne Cricket Team for their donation of a seat'for the Park. tour teams wore en'eied for the championship:—Mastertotn A. and B. Carlton A and B. It was decided to open the season on Saturday, November Bth: , * FIXTURES. The following are the drawings for the first round:—• November Bth and 15tli. —Masterton A v. Carlton A; Masterton B v. Carlton B. November 22nd and 29thMasterton A v. Carlton B; Carlton A v. Masterton B. December 6th and 13th. —Masterton A v. Masterton B; Carlton A v. Carlton B. It was decided to start all matches at 2.30 o'clock. All matches are to' be two-day matches, and if then un"finished, are to be decided on the first innings.
