MEXICO AND JAPAN. 'Times' —'Sydney Sun' Special CaU-es. (Received Last Night, 6.30 o'clock/' NEW YORK, August 11. Sensational reports have been received from Mexico relative to the diplomatic mission of General Felix Diaz. ' There is a growing belief that Japan is entering upon a treaty with Mexico with the intention of sending 50,000 Japanese to colonise the State of Morelos, which is depopulated as the result of the rebellion. lPresident Huerta's followers are increasing aa a result of his defiance of President Wilson, and the belief that the United States is preparing to repeat its Cuban tactics of upholding file revolutionaries by force of arms.President Huerta insists upon the unqualified recognition of himself as President, but a depleted Treasury renders his war threats harmless.
