EARL OF PEMBROKE. (Received Last NSgliE, H.BQ o'clock.) LONDON, March 31. ~" The death is announced of the Earl of Pembroke, at the age of. sixty years. [The debased carl was a direct defendant ol tlie first Earl of Pembroke. The earldom was created in 1551, and he was the fourteenth in the succession. He was married to a daughter of the Earl of Durhara, and leaves two sons and two daughters. He aat in the House of Commons as Conservative member for Wilton from 1886 to 1895. He wasLord of the Treasury in' Lord Salisbury's administration, and!. Lord Steward of His Majesty's Household in 1895. He owned Wilton House, which contained famous pictures, and 60,000 acres of land. His heir' is Lord Herbert.]
