UNSATISFACTORY EVIDENCE. (Received Last Night, 9.50 o'clock.) SYDNEY, February 4. At the inquest regarding the death of Alexander Fulton, who died as the result of knife wounds, received in December last, a constable testified that the deceased on being questioned in the hospital replied: "What's the. use of telling. If I die he will get seven years, but if I recover I will get even with him myself." The Coroner, on adjourning the inquest, said he was not at all satisfied and was convinced'that the witnesses knew far more than they told the Court.
