WILLIAMS REMANDED OX BAIL. (Received LalTNight^Wclock.) SYDNEY. L'ebruary 3. James Dixon Williams, late managing director of the Greater J. Williams Amusements Co., Ltd., was arrested on Saturday on a charge o harbouring and assisting Prank who was arrested at Auckland last Monday on a charge of lording an order for the purchase ot 100,000 ot the company's shares. Williams was brought betore xno Court to-day and remanded, bail ot £SOO being granted and forthcoming, as it was on Saturday.
