BEING PLANNED FOR SUMMER. (Received Last Night, 11.25 o'clock.) ) LONDON, February 3. Transport organisations are planning a strike for the summer, at the expiry of the existing agreements. The primary object is to solve the unemployment question before the next wave of industrial depression. The workers will claim an all round reduction in hours. The seamen will demand an increased manning scale for all vessels, while the transport workers ashore will insist upon an eight hour,'/ day.
