The strain between Turkey and Greece is relaxing, Greece having given a formal assurance that no Greek representatives from abroad should take part in the National Assembly. Received February 6, 5 p.m. ATHENS, February 5. M. Venezelo has returned to Crete, and recommends to conform to the wishes of the proteoting Powers, to whom they owe everything.
