TWENTIETH OUTRAGE REPORTED.
Received February 17, 8.11 a.m. BERLIN, February 16. The twentieth "Jack the Ripper ' outrage has been reported in Berlin. One proved fatal. An army of detectives is patrolling the city. fifty arrests were made, but all the suspects were released, each having proved an alibi.
A SEAMSTRESS STABBED
TWO OTHER WOMEN WOUNDED. Received February 17, 3.55 a.m. BciRLIN. February 16. A seamstress was stabbed, and left unconscious on a staircase at Berlin to-day. H j .r assailant escaped. Two other women were woundei later.
