ALLEGED MANSLAUGHTER

The Grand Jury at the Supreme Court to-day found No isill in the case of Robert Charles Collins, who was charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of a man named Ferguson. It was alleged that on a Saturday night, in December last, Collins struck Ferguson a blow, from the effects of which he died. Collins said Fergugpn was making a disturbance, and he merely pushed him, and that, as Ferguson .was staniitig on the edge of the foot;* path, and was not sober, he fell.^
