BIG BEQUESTS. Received February 3, 8 35 a.m. LONDON, February 2. The late Mr James Duncan, of Alyth, Scotland, bequeathed the sum of £60,000 to found a School of Industrial Art at Dun.iee. An anonymous la.ly presented the Royal Institution with £IO,OOO, unconditionally.
