THE LAMBETH CONFERENCE.
Received August 16, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, August 15. The Lambeth Conference has resolved in the future that no. clergyman shall be allowed to pass from one Diocese to another witiiuut direct communication with the Bishop whose Diocese he is leaving.
