Letters and Letter Cards.—lnland, for United Kingdom and British possessions, Id for 4 ozs. or fraction thereof, and United States of America, Id for each J oz. or fraction thereof. Note—"lnland" in eludes the Cook Islands—namely, Baratonga, Mangaia, Atiu, Aitutaki, Mitiaro, Mauke, and Hervey (Manuai); also Pald erston (Avarua), Niue, (Savage), Pukapuka (Danger), Eakaanca, Manahiki, Penlbjn, (Tongareva), and Suwarrow Islands, and British New Guinea, Id for each half ounce or fraction thereof. AH other places 2sd for each half-ounce or fraction thereof. Post Cards—All places, single, Id, r&ply Id, Commercial Papers.—Town, Jd, if nofc exceeding half ounce, and Id for the not 4oz or fraotion thereof, and jjrd for each succeeding 2oz or fraction thereof.
