STRIKE TROUBLES AT ANTWERP.
VJOLENT SCENES.
BLACKLEGS ATTACKED. September 4, 10.8 p.m. ANTWERP, September 4. A revival of the strike troubles here led to violent scenes. The strikers attacked the English and German blacklegs. The police freely used revolvers, ,and charged the mob* with drawn swords. Six strikers were injured. Ultimately the Civic Guard restored order.
