FRAUDULENT VOTING
. Received November 7, 8.30 a.m. NEW YORK, November 6. Wall Street betting is four and five to one in faVour of Mr Hughes, the Republican candidate for the Governorship of New York. Ten thousand warrants have been issued against persons fraudulently registering votes.
Received November 8, 12.31 a.m. LONDON, November 7. There is extraordinary . heavy voting in the New York State. Telegraphing at eleven o'clock Reuter states that Hearst's majority in New York city is growing rapidly, and may reach 80,000. Hughes' majority in the up State districts must increase rapidly to secure his election. Judges of the Tammany ticket were were elected.
