Two other charges against Marshad, and two against Michael Liston, livery stablekeeper, were then heard, the accused giving evidence that • the liquor had been purchased for their own consumption. .Mr Oruiokshanke, S.M.,,said he did not propose tc impose further fineß. Liston was convicted on tie first charge and discharged on the payment of costs. I'he informations s against Marshall - were dismissed.
