The sky was clouded early in the morning, and at eleven o'clook drizzling'rain fell, while the aspect was rather wintry looking. The attendance equalled the average. After the sooond race the rain olouds passed away, and the weather gradually cleared, and the Cup was ran in floe weather. Results:— Hurdle Handicap.—Old Chappie 1, Bullalaba 2, Hydrant 3.
