The Berlin correspondent of tbe Daily Express reports that the police arrested at Brnslau three Anarchists, (an Italian, Pole and a Czech) who ' were agents for th.9 International \ Terrorist Organisation, on suspioiou that they intended to throw a bonb at the Kaiser, while he was motoring to th« naval manoeuvres at Ouxhaven. The Anarchists resisted violently and tried to stab the detectives. A number of Russian and Polish Anarchists have been expelled from Breslau. Other Anarchists have been arrested. Extraordinary precautionary measures are to be taken to guard the Kaiser.
