MASTERTON COUNTY. rOTICE is hereby given that at a special ■l.l meeting of the Masterton County Council, held on ths 21st day of July, 1906, it was resolved (by way of fcpecial Order), that the said Council make a By-law under "The Counties Act, 1886."" The Public Works Act, 1905," and the various Acts amending the same, and all other Acts and Powers whatsoever enabling ic in that behalf, the object and purport of which Bylaw are as follows: To repeal certain existing By-laws, to regulate traffic, and more particulary heavy traffic, within the County, to provide for the licensing of'lraction Engines, and of certain "Vehicles, Engines and Machines engaged in heavy traffic in the Alfredton Riding, and to fix penalties for the breach of the Bylaw. The said resolution will be submitted for conformation to a special meeting of the Council, to be held at the County Office, Masterton, on the 25th day of August, 1906, at 2 p.m. A copy of the proposed special order and By-law is deposited at the County Offices, Masterton, where the same will be open for inspection during office hours, until the said Confirming Meeting is held.
