GALLIPOLI POETS, TO BE GARRISONED BY ANZACS. Wellington, November 6. Mr Massey announced that the Imperial Government have acceded to his request that Anzac troops should be used to garrison the surrendered forts of Gallipoli AUSTRIAN ABMISTfCE CONDITIONS. The High Commissioner reports London, November sth, 7.40 p.m. The Austrian Armistice conditions include : Total demobilisation excepting 20 divisions. Delivery of half artillery and equipment to Allies. Evacuation of all invaded territories. Surrender of military railway equipment therein. Allies right to free movement over Austro-Hangarian territory and occupation of strategic points. The evacuation of German troops within 15 days. Surrender of three battleships, throe cruisers, nine destroyers, 12 torpedo boats, fifteen submarines, all German submarines and disarmament of all other warships. Dismantlement of fortifications. Blockade conditions to continuo. Aircraft to be immobilised and the return of captured merchant vessels to Allies .
