Great Rusian Tactical Success. Petrograd, July 19. The hammering given to the Austro-Germans in the Ostroffgutst sector, 20 miles South-west of Lutsk, is a .great tactical success. The Russians smashed he enemy front for a width of a mile and c penetrated to a depth of several miles. The enemy had been most active hen since the Eussian Lutsk thrust.
