A woman wheat-buyer is mentioned in the Sydney Daily Telegraph. Miss Ruby Zieheka and her brother started in business about eight years ago, and this year the lady set up on her own account, and has met with remarkable success, having secured nine-tenths of the wheat in the Moylong market against eight competitors. She samples and weighs loads of wheat and sees that it is covered to withstand the weather, does he office and transport arrangement work in a quick and businesslike manner. It seems that many women whose husbands have gone to the war are looking after small wheat farms, and they prefer to deal with a woman. If some of the big farmers would take a leaf out of Dr Truby King's book, they would probably get better and more ungrudging service from their employees. In conversation with a Clutha Leader representative a few days ago Dr King said that it was his intention to have a bowling green laid down on his well known farm at Tahakopa to enable the men employed on the farm to get some diversion ia their Ufiaje time,
