PRUSSIAN GUARDS SUFFER.
South Africans Take Part. Parfis, July 17. Fifteen hundred German dead bore witness to the heroic struggle for Bazentin le Petit, but the British were irresistible. The Germans, realising that they were once more beaten, ordered up what was left of the Prussian Guard, but the British inflicted a cruel loss upon he Kaiser's picked troops.
