TUAPEKA' COUNTY. DUBLIC NOTldils hereby given n accordance with seotion 6 of " The Motor Regulation Act 1908" that the Tuapeka County Council has made a Bylaw relating to Motors of which the following is a copy :- TTAPEKA COUNTY. By-law No. 3, 1914. A By-law to amend] c 4 "<The Tuapeka ___ County By-law No. 2,1909." IN PURSUANCE of the powers.provisions and authorities vested in it by "The Counties Act 1908" "The Public Works Act 1908" and;" The Motor Regulation Act 1908 " and of all and each and everyjother power provision and authority contained in any other Acts or otherwise vested in it the Tuapeka Couuty Conncil doth hereby make and ordain by way of Special Order th following By-law for Tuapeka County that is to say:— The short title of this By-law shall be " The Tuapeka County By-law No. 3, 1914." This By-law be read with aim form part of "The Tuapeka County By-law No- 2, 1909 " in like manner as it the same had been enacted therein, and • shall come into force en the twelfth day of February 19U. The Schedule to the said "The Tua peka County By-law No. 2, 1909" is hereby amended by adding".thereto the following subsection : 4 The road from the Tuapeka Mouth Bridge up the east bank of the Clutha River to Kougabere Punt situated in Block I WaitahunaWest District and in Block VIII Tuapeka West District. The terminal portions of the said prohibited road aie at present indicated by pegs in the road and will be further indicated by a sign bearing jthe words " Prohibited to Motors by the Tuapeka County Council,' 5 That portion of the road from Waita huna to Greenlield Settlement across Poison's Creek which runs between sections 8 and 18 and sections 9,10, 11 and 7 Block Vi; Waitahuna West District. The terminal poi lions of the said prohibited road are at present indicated by pegs in the roudj and will,.be further indicated by a sigii beaiing the words " Piohibitcd to Motors by the Tuapeka County Council." 6 That portion ofjlhe road from Waitalinna to Greenlield Settlement across tua Waitahuna River which runs through Blocks VI and VII Waitahuna East District and; Block iVII Waitahuna West District. The terminal portions of the said prohibited road are at present indicated by pegs in and will be further indicated by a sign bearing the words "Prohibited to Motors by the Tuapeka County Council." This By-law was duly made by the Council of the Tuapeka Couuty by Special Order duly passed and adopted at a special meeting of the Council duly convened and held at the Council ciiambers on Wednesday the 26th day of Novem ber 1913, and confirmed at a meeting of the Conncil duly convened and held at the Council Chambers on Friday, the 16th day of January, 1914.
