A NEW PAVING MATERIAL.
A- rubber-asphalt pavement is being used in France. The material is a product resulting from the association of asphalt and rubber. It is said to be more plastic and Kiore adhesive than pure asphalt, iind to resist higher temperatures. > xuerimental work covering a peril of 6ix years in such cities as Paris and Lyons has given good results.
