The Earl of Liverpool, M.V.0., is a n } officer (Comptroller of the Household) in the Lord Steward's Department oi the King'» Household. Both he and his wife are seid to 'be clever, but not wealthy. The Earl, who was horn 'in married_at the age of 27 Annette Louise, daughter of the fifth Viscount Monck (an Irish family l )'.
