EXEMPT FROM RATING.
WELLINGTON, July 31. The Appeal Court held to-day, in the case of the Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Board v. the City Corporation, that land held by the institution was exempt froau rating, the building used for charitable purposes being erected on this land.
