THE'ASSASSINATION PLOTS. CAIRO, July 24. Tho newspapers here published the confessions oi some of the arrested Nationalists, wherein the plotters declare they were foiled at every step owing to the presence of the police. Aia'bi states he. was waiting at tho station to shoot Lord Kitchener, who.was under such strict supervision, that it suggested, to him that his intentions were known. It was impossible to approach Lord Kitchener when he. catered his car, therefore he ran and stood et\ the outer gale. The oar, however,**passed so quickly, and the aide-de-camp (Captain FiUgtrald) looked at' hiar» so intently, that he was paralysed.
