NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Tuapeka County Council, at its Next Meeting, to be holden on FRIDAY, the 13th day of September, 1912, to MAKE and LEVY a GENERAL RATE of ONE PENNY (Id) IN THE POUND (£) on the basis of the Capital Value, under Sections 117 and 118 of "The Counties Act, 1908, " and also of " The Rating Act, 1908," separately on all the Rateable Properties within the Ridings of Waipori, Waitahuna, Gabriel's, Brown's, Beaumont, Benger, Teviot, Crookston and Tapanui, within the County of T a -i|-ka, as appearing in the Valuation Rolls now .n force, for the period from the Ist day o APRIL, 1912, to the 31st day of MARCH 1913, said rate to become payable at the Office of the County Clerk, Tuapeka County Council Chambers, Lawrence, on the 14th day of SEPTEMBER, 1912. Also, that the County Rate Book is OPEN FOR INSPECTION at my Office, Tuapeka County Council Chambers, Lawrence, daily between the hours of 9 a.m.- to 4 p.m. except on Saturdays, when the hours shall be from 9 a.m, to 12 noon.
