LAND SETTLEMENT IN CENTRAL OTAGO

In connection with the successful settlement of the Blackstone, Home Hills, and Lauder runs Mr J. J. Ramsay received the following wire from the Hon. Mr M'Nab last Wednesday :—": — " Delighted to hear that 946 people applied for Blackstone, Home Hills, and Lauder runs. It is gratifying to myself, and I feel sure to you also, that the decision come to at St. Bathans has produced such satisfactory results. — Robert M'Nab."
