HAVELOCK CEMETERY TRUSTEES.
A meeting of the Havelock Cemetery Trustees was held on Saturday evening, tbe sth instant, and attended by Measrs Cowen (in the chair), Ellis, J. York, Patriot and M'Ara. An apology was received from Mr, Garden for nou-aUendance. Messrs William, John and George Leslie made application for permission to erect a railing and tombstone, which was granted. Miss Oudaille, and Mr Ellis (on behalf of Mrs Cooper) applied for permission to ereot concrete foundation and railing, which was eileo granted. TJbres tenders, all ot the same amount, were received for one year's lease of the cemetery paddock for grazing purposes. — It was resolved fo call for fresh tenders. The treasurer (Mr York) reported the oredit balance in the bank to date to be £14 6s lid.
