Wheat. — Tbe market is fairly active. Fowl feed is in fair demand. We quote— Best velvet 2s 6d to 2s 7d, best Tuscan 2» 6d to 2s 7£d, medium 2s 2d to 2* sd, red chaff 2a 6d, fowlswheat Is lid to 2s 2<f. Oats are in good demand. Prime milling Is 8&d; bright short Isßd tola 8|d l mediam and inferior Is Id to Is 7Jd. Barley— Feed sorts Is 3d to Is 6d, milling la 6d to Is 9d, malting 2s 9d to 3s, extra to 3s 6d. Chaff— We quote prime £2 5s to £2 7s 6d, medium £1 15s to £2 2s 6d per ton. JRyegrass— There is a fair demand, and prices show an Improvement. We quote — Farmer-dressed Is 3d to Is 6d, extra clean and heavy np to 1« 9d, maohine-dreued 2s 3d to 3s per bushel. Cocksfoot 2d to 2Jd for farmers'lots, and 3d to 4d for machined, linseed £10 to £11— wanted.pressed straw £1 5s,clover bay £3 ss. Potatoes— £s per ton. Rabbitskins— We offered a fair catalogue this week, when competition was good. We quote— Suckers and runners 3d to 4£d, summers 5d to 7d, autumns 8&d to llsd, early inters to 14d to 16d — amle eyery Monday. Sheepskins— We quote — Pelts 6i to Is 103, orosabreds 2s to 3a— sale every Tuesday. Hides 3sd to 4£d, according to weight and condition. We have a special inquiry and oan guarantee the very top market prices. Tallow—- Bough fat 12s 6d, rendered 15s to 17s. Horsehair Is Id to Is 2d. Note — Country sales conducted on the most reasonable terms. Crown Sheep] Dip, the best in the market, 4s 6d per gallon. We sapply rabbit and sheep netting and quote specially by the mile.
