THE COLCHESTER MURDER.
« London, June 24. Charles Lillywhite, who was arreßted in New Zealand on suspicion of being a man named Blatoh, wanted for the murder of a draper at Colchester a few years ago, will be released on Wednesday. The papers condem the police blander of arresting him, and suggest that compensatian be paid to Lillywhite. The witnesses failed to identify him as Blatch, while he was nble to recall to hia brother I9aac many incidents of their youthful life.
