LOCAL SALES.
Mr John Thompson reports having sold ' privately, on account of Mr Thomas M'Laren, section 39, block in., Tuapeka East, to Mr John Eobertson, Tuapeka Mat, at a satisfactory figure. Mr J. C. ARBUcKiiE requests us to state that owing to his having business in Dunedin next week, his sale of stock at Waitaliuna, advertised for the 9th, has been postponed till Tuesday, 23rd instant.
