WEEDING CAKE. Oce pound ol white sugar, one pound ol flour, nr.ree-fourtbs of a pound of butter, ft dozen eggs, two pounds of raisins, two pounds of currants, a half-pound of citron, one-fourth of an ounce of nutmeg, one-f ouith of an ounoa of cloves, half an ounce of cinnamon, ona cup of molasses, one teaspoonful of soda. PINEAPPLE PIE. One cup of sugar, a half cup of butter, ona of swees cream, five eggs, one pineappla grated ; beat the butter and sugar to a cream, add the beaten yolks of eggs, then the pineapple and cream, and lastly, the beaten whites whipped in lightly. Bake with under orusk only. COCOANUT PIE. j One pint of milk, one cocoanut grated, one teacup of sugar, three eggs; mix the oocoanufc with the yolk of the eggs and sugar, stir in the milk, fill the pan e?an full and bake. Beat the whites of the egg-) to a froth, stirring ia three tabiespoonfula of pulverised sugar, pour | over the pie and bake to a light brown.
