AMENDMENT OP BY-LAW NO. 6, TO PEOVIDE POETHE LICENSINGOPVEHICLES, ALSO NUMBER OP HORSES AND BULLOCKS TO BE USED, AND TO REGULATE THE WIDTH OF TIBES. pUBLIC NOTICE Is Hereby Given that at a Special Meeting of the Tuapeka County Council, held on the 14t.h February 1890, a resolution was adopted, tbe object or purpose of which was as follows— viz. , The width of tirej of wheels which shall be - used by all vehicles, whet ber plying for i hire or not, within the County of Tuapeka shall beta) For two-wheeled drays, drawn by three horses, not less than 2\ inches. (J) For two-wheeled drays, drawn by more than three horses, not less than 4 inohes. (c) For four-wheeled waggons, drawn by six horses, not less than 2} inches; if drawn by more than six horses, not less than 4 inches ; if drawn by twelve horses, not less than six inches. (d) For bullock drays, drawn by ten bullocks, not le.«s Iban 2& inches ; if drawn by over ten bullocks, not less than 4 inches. Also, that a meeting will be held at the Tuapeka County Council Chambers, Law rence, at 2.30 o'clock p.m., on FRIDAY, lITH APRIL, 1890, to confirm said resolution ; and also that the above proposed Special Order will take effect and come into force on Thursday, Ist M<?y, 1890.
