Mowday 6th February. (Before W. H. Bevell, Esq., 8.M.) WITHOUT A LIO'NSB. An information against Wm. Ross Buchanan for unlawfully plying for cirriage of goods, he not being duly licensed, was withdrawn on the application of the prosecutor, Mr Edie. FUBIOUS BIDING. Albert Stewart pleaded guilty to a charge of furious riding in a publio place, and was fined Is and costs (7a). William M'Corkindale was fined 5s and costs (7s) for a similar offence. CIVIL CASES. Thomas M. l Kevz\e v. Wm. Battray, — Claim, £1 17s 3d. Judgment fur plaintiff, with costs (14s 6d). Johnßulfin v. Donald M'Corkindale,— Claim, £13 9s. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs (£llo* 61).
