ANCHOVY.
Chop filletted anchovies into little pieces, not too small, chop some hard boiled eggs and mix twice as much egg as anchovy, and lay these between fried bread spread with mayonnaise sauce. Arid a little cayenne. Of course, sandwiches may be made with unfried bread, but the other way is a great improvement. Use a square tin loaf to cut from. Remember the thinner the sandwich the better.
