HOCK CUP.
One bottle of hock, a bunch of balm and another of boiage (thyme or mint will serve), three slices of lemon or six of orange, a small glass of brandy, and a teaspoonful of maraschino. Add a little syrup. Let all stand and get quite cold in a jug, then strain off and add one or two bottles of iced soda water before serving.
