Spiritual Work. —Archdeacon Beaumont made a few remarks on the spiritual work done dnring the year, and thought the same had been fairly satisfactory. Holy Communion had been administered on the first' Sunday of every month in the Lawrence church, and also on special occasions. Miscellaneous.— On the motion of Mr Jeffery it was agreed : "That the annual report and balance-sheet be printed and circulated among the parishioners." — A hearty vote of thanks waß proposed to the Archdeacon for presiding. The benediction closed the proceedings.
