INTERCOLONIAL.
Melbourne, March 25th. The, police have effected the arrest of a man who is supposed to be the murderer of a farmer named Beech, at Pettavel, near Geelong, in January last. The accused is known to have been a lunatic, who effected his escape from the Yarra fiend Asylum some time ago.
