JOHN THOMPSON has received instructions from the Mortgagees to sell by auction as above — The Shamrock Hotel and Stables, situate on part of Sections 4 and 5, Block 1., Town of Lawrence. Also, 2 Shops and Dwelling, situate on part of Section 4, same Block. JOHN THOMPSON has been favored with instructions from Mr James Keppel, who is about to leave the country, to sell by auction on the Premises* Milview Farm, within two miles of Lawrence, ai above— The whole of his valuable freehold property t known as Milview Farm, situate in Block VI., Tuapeka West, comprising 620 acres of first-class land, all securely , fenced, with sheep-proof fences, and subdivided into nine paddocks, varying from 40 to 140 acres. There are 250 acres under English grass ; 80 acres under autumn-sown wheat; 25 acres fallow land, prepared for spring sowing; 100 acres of stubble (first-crop) partly ploughed ; the balance in natural grass. BUILDINGS. The Buildings consist of a substantially-built Five-roomed House, with Dairy, Barn, Stables, Implement Sheds, Piggeries, &c. LIVE STOCK. Also, 1 Stack of Oats and 3 Stacks of Straw. Dairy Utensils, including Barrel Churn, and other useful articles too numerous to particularise. The Auctioneer desires to attract the special attention of parties in want of a first-class farm, compactly and well situated. The land is admitted as being the best in the Tuapelta District, is well watered, and from its extent will prove a valuable Dairy and Tillage Farm combined, and is for absolute sale.
