JOHN THOMPSON has been favored with instructions from Mr James Keppel, who is about to leave the country, to sell by auction on the Premises* Milview Farm, within two miles of Lawrence, ai above— The whole of his valuable freehold property t known as Milview Farm, situate in Block VI., Tuapeka West, comprising 620 acres of first-class land, all securely , fenced, with sheep-proof fences, and subdivided into nine paddocks, varying from 40 to 140 acres. There are 250 acres under English grass ; 80 acres under autumn-sown wheat; 25 acres fallow land, prepared for spring sowing; 100 acres of stubble (first-crop) partly ploughed ; the balance in natural grass.
