RUN 106, WAITAHUNA WEST.
The following are the names of the applicants for the various sections recently thrown open under the deferred-payment system of selection on run 106, Waitahuna West. As there are, with two exceptions, more applications than one for the several sections, the land, in terms of clause 54 of the Land Act, 1876, will be put up to auction, the bidding to be confined to the applicants for the respective sections. The sale, aa will be noted from our advertising columns, takes place at the Courthouse, Lawrence, on Wednesday next, at two o'clock p.m. : — Block V, Section 17.— Wm. M'Millan, Wm.
